The Research Triangle Park has been noted as one of the most innovative places in the country. Among many of the companies here, a commitment to sustainability runs deep. The Frontier recently hosted a free workshop for companies and individuals to come learn about how electric vehicles are changing the way we fuel our world. Participants listened to a series of speakers from area companies discuss the benefits, challenges, and practical matters of installing EV charging stations on their campuses and offering incentives for driving sustainably fueled vehicles. The speaker sessions were followed by a very informative Q&A panel.
Then, the moment everyone had been waiting for: test drives! Nissan provided a few of their Leaf models for participants to try out. Take a look at the awesome experience.
